Gifts in your will
A gift made to The Land of Canaan Foundation (LOCF) through your will is a bequest. This is an excellent and easy way to make a tangible statement of how you value Palestinian human rights and support those values well beyond your lifetime.
To make a legacy gift, your will needs to designate a specific dollar amount or percentage of your estate to be donated to The Land of Canaan Foundation. Your gift may be in the form of cash, stocks, or bonds. Your estate will receive an estate tax charitable deduction for the full amount of your cash bequest to LOCF or for the fair market value of other donated assets.

For a bequest of a percentage of the estate:
"I give, devise and bequeath to The Land of Canaan Foundation, Inc., currently located at 2702 International Lane, Suite 111, Madison, WI 53704, ________ percent of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate for its general purposes."
