You already do so much. You have been a part of this decade of the Foundation’s work. All gifts have been and remain important and appreciated. Year after year the projects we support are important to farmers and farming communities.

However, sometimes the Foundation receives requests for multi-year or larger funding to start up or expand a larger project with the potential for greater impact.

Currently board members then begin contacting donors to generate interest and the level of funding requested. Sometimes we are successful and sometimes we must regretfully decline the request. We want to adapt this process as part of our year of celebrations of our donors, farmers, women’s cooperatives and entrepreneurs. Our goal is to continue to support farmer initiated projects large and small.

Now we will add the Growers and Builders Fund. With your participation in this dedicated Fund, we will generate the level of funding necessary to support men and women in agriculture in Palestine who have a vision to address a larger scale need. Through a grant request process they will present a plan and commitments of local people with the dedication and skills who are ready to roll up their sleeves and bring the plan to reality. These are truly builders and growers we think you will be honored to partner with.

Donors who make gifts or pledges of $1,000 or greater will be recognized as leaders on behalf of Palestinian farming communities.
