LAND OF CANAAN

is an 85-minute feature documentary that follows Palestinian farmers who are preserving thousands of years of agricultural tradition in the face of extraordinary challenges.

Centered on the work of Dr. Nasser Abufarha and the Palestine Fair Trade Association, the film documents how regenerative agriculture, fair trade, and community cooperation strengthen rural farming families while protecting the cultural and ecological heritage of the ancient Land of Canaan.

The mission of Land of Canaan closely reflects the mission of The Land of Canaan Foundation. The film highlights the empowerment of small-scale farmers, demonstrates the importance of expanding equitable market access through fair trade, and serves as an educational resource that raises global awareness of traditional farming communities and their enduring agricultural practices.

Beyond the film itself, the film is launching an extensive educational and community engagement campaign that includes screenings, discussions, partnerships with educational institutions and non-profit organizations, and outreach to audiences interested in sustainability, regenerative agriculture, food sovereignty, fair trade, and cultural preservation.

Gifts to The Land of Canaan Foundation will directly support these educational and outreach activities while strengthening the Foundation’s mission to sustain traditional farming communities throughout Palestine. Together, we can expand international awareness, foster meaningful dialogue, and connect new audiences to the remarkable resilience, knowledge, and traditions of the people whose stories the film tells.

We invite you to be a leader in funding educational and outreach for the Land of Canaan film.
